About Us
My first recollection of wood as something to be used creatively was in 3rd grade art class. The teacher handed out pieces of plywood and the assignment was to glue an assortment of beans into any design we wished. I saw the grain pattern and used that as my design. The teacher was thrilled I had chosen that method as I was the only student to do so. Wood nerdom born! To this day I am fascinated with wood and its beauty, noticing the grain and how nature randomly creates these patterns.
